Karv Solutions operates six verticals: Karv Health Care, Karv Marketing Services, Karv Astro Consultation, Karv Education (Knowledge Centre), Karv Hospitality and Karv Tech Services. Each service has its own scope, which we'll confirm with you before we begin.

Karv Health Care is a registered clinical establishment. Virtual consultations, assessments and counselling are provided by qualified professionals but are not a substitute for emergency care. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Astrology consultations are offered for guidance and reflection. Any decisions you take based on a reading remain your own responsibility.

Fees, schedules and deliverables are agreed with you before work begins or a booking is confirmed. Specific terms — including for the Lonavala home-stay and day-care services — will be shared at the time of booking.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services lawfully, and to treat our staff and other clients with respect. For services involving children, you agree to complete any consent and safety formalities we request.

Our services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karv Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
